I started training with Greg and Ann-Marie in 1995. I had to stop after 6 years due to financial reasons. I tried to "train" myself at a gym for a few years, but it was never the same. I just started back at Ideal Exercise and am so glad! Super Slow is the only thing I've ever really enjoyed (yes, I actually do enjoy it--even though it's a tough workout) and stuck with. I look forward to regaining my strength and health going into my "almost" senior years.

Fantastic interview. Greg is a great human being who I got to know when he was a Super Slow master instructor and I, his pupil. Thanks so much for making this interview available to us.

Great interview. Greg is a great guy and training with him was not fun, but great. I was fortunate to train with him a couple of times in February. His facility is a bit of a museum of HIT friendly machines. Good stuff.

Dave, very interesting interview, thanks.

I've been doing SuperSlow a la Little & McGuff since 2/1/10 and enjoying great results. After doing the Big 5 last Saturday, I tried a Max Pyramid of lat bar triceps and biceps just to see what it would be like, and not interfere with my Big 5. Holy cow! It was intense and fun. Felt like I worked my YKW off that session.

BTW, I'm 69.5 and feeling great doing HIT and paleo.
