Today we are starting a new regular feature; H.I.T. CRIBS. Unlike MTV CRIBS, however, we will not be touring celebrities’ homes-not yet anyway-but instead touring High Intensity Training facilities to see how they are set up, what equipment they are using, and what other interesting features they have, and what’s going on there.

We will start off this month with the facility where I train, Sports Club 24 in Clearwater, FL. Check out the show in the video below and see:
