I myself have been training Heavy Duty since late 05 early 06 and it is the best and only way to train. Also Heavy Duty and Mike Mentzer Memorabilia has become quite a hobby of mine and I have been able to see Mike's evolution in ideas from his very early work to the present and it is awesome. Also Markus you rock and thank you for taking the time to do the interview and keep up with your classic physique, and not play the mass at all cost ideals, HIT HARD.
