  • Todd’s Excellent High Intensity Adventure

    How Todd dropped his workout time from 2 hours to 31 minutes-and is getting better results

    Todd has a good job, a great relationship with his girlfriend Jen, lots of friends, a busy social life, and a new puppy.

    But he had a problem. His workouts.

    They were taking 2 hours per session, and he couldn’t fit them into his increasingly busier lifestyle. He’s been working out for a few years, has a nice build, and didn’t want to give up training.

    No matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t come up with a solution. Todd became very frustrated.

    Then he heard through a mutual friend that my new program, High Intensity Muscle Building, was coming out in November, and that it was all about building strength and muscle with 20-30 minute workouts twice a week.

    Todd contacted me, and told me he was ready to try anything to get back on the path of satisfying results, and asked me to show him my system.

    I love a new adventure. so I agreed.

    We met up at Todd’s gym, and after a few minutes of getting him warmed up and briefly explaining to him the principles of High Intensity Training, we got right into the first workout.

    The workout (which in the program is called “Basic Workout A”) consisted of 9 sets, covering the whole body. It took 31 minutes.

    Afterwards, Todd said he felt the same as he used to after his 2 hour marathon workouts.

    Here’s a message Todd sent me on Facebook afterwards:

    “That was an intense workout. What a great feeling to have a 30 minute work out and feel like i just went through a 2 hour work out. Im ready for the next one.”

    A few days later, I supervised Todd through the “Basic Workout B”. Check out the video:

    Here’s what he wrote me on Facebook about a week later:

    “Workouts are going great, Im getting stronger every workout.”

    Here’s the message he sent me today:

    “i have been using the HIT training system for 3 weeks and every workout i have increased my weight/reps. Iam gaining strength and best of all iam completing my workout in 30 mins with every muscle pumped.”

    Problem solved.
