Hiking as a Metaphor for the High Intensity Lifestyle
Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving!
I spent the holiday week in the mountains of North Carolina. I try to spend at least 1 week a year out in the mountains somewhere-I find it very peaceful and rejuvinating.
And I try to do some hiking while I’m out there.
Hiking is not only a fun physical activity-it’s good for the mind too.
